Dane Eagle Dane@EagleRealtyFlorida.com Dane is a third-generation Eagle at Eagle Realty of Southwest Florida Inc. He was born and raised in Cape Coral, Florida, and obtained his real estate license at age 19. Dane Eagle knows the area and the Southwest Florida real estate market very well. After obtaining his Bachelors Degree in Economics from the University of Florida in 2005, Dane moved to Tallahassee to work in politics and government. He quickly proved his merit through his extraordinary work ethic and was appointed Deputy Chief of Staff to the Governor at age 24 – the youngest in Florida's history. In this position, when he wasn't influencing policy in Florida's Capitol, he had the opportunity to travel the state, nation and the world, meeting with some of the world's most distinguished leaders. At age 26, Dane left the Governor's office to help run his campaign for U.S. Senate as the Finance Director, raising more than $13 million and breaking state and national records in the process. While the campaign was unsuccessful, the experience gave him the opportunity to return to Southwest Florida to be closer to family, friends and the water – all of which he missed dearly. Dane is proud and honored to bring his experience to the family business, and dedicates the same extraordinary work ethic that allowed him to quickly climb the ranks in politics to his clients in real estate today. In his spare time Dane remains active in politics and is very involved with the local community. He enjoys traveling, being on the water, and spending time with family and friends.
