Let me begin by saying, I am 60 years young, have been married to the same wonderful wife for the last 23 years. I have two children, my daughter Kaitlyn and my son Travis, who is currently attending UF, majoring in business and finance.

I have been in the real estate business for the past 36 years, with being licensed at the age of 24. At the age of 24 is where I began my career in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan. I then moved to Colorado to continue to grow in a much larger metro area.

I moved to beautiful Cape Coral, Florida in 1980, receiving my Real Estate License in 1981. I have watched the city grow from a mere 18,000 to over 150,000 in population.

I have had my license with Eagle Realty of Southwest Florida, Inc. since being formed in 1984. I began in the residential sector selling and promoting homes, condos and vacant land to buyers for their personal homes and for builders in subdivisions.

I than took on another responsibility, along with my residential practice and became involved with the investment division, again selling and promoting large tracts of Industrial and Commercial properties to investors worldwide and to developers.
